I would highly recommend Ebens air-conditioning service. The technician who came to my house was super helpful. That only did he do a good neat job, but he also checked the batteries in my thermostat and told me they should be changed which he did. He checked my air conditioner filter. After he left, he emailed me pictures of my air-conditioning apparatus and what it looks like up in the attic. I never go up there so I had no idea. I highly recommend Evens air-conditioning service

This was my first time using Ebens Air, they were able to come the same day. Although it was a minor issue it was resolved quickly. They included the service call fee into the repair fee, which was nice. I also liked getting a full report with pictures for my future use and records. I hope that's a standard practice and not just a new customer enticement, time will tell. I was pleased with my service and plan on using them again with expectation of similar service, until then I can only comment on my current experience.

I must be the most fortunate person in finding Ebens Air Conditiong & Plumbing. Currently, with then issues I thought was wrong with my A/C they sent a qualified technician. I certainly appreciated the professional service I was provided in which my technician thoroughly checked my unit. I highly recommend this company to hire for you will not be disappointed. My A/C is back on and running!!! The owner and employees are fabulous, intelligent, and will take the time to find out exactly what is the issue. As a bonus, immediately upon arrival, my technician started his process in checking the unit. We have cool air now!!!I highly recommend their services, you will not be disappointed.

Ebens is a great company. I'm a new homeowner to the area. I had a small issue with my thermostat. Called them and they were able to come out the next day and take a look and was able to repair the same day. The office staff and Larry the service guy were very pleasant to work with. Looking forward to doing more business down the road with them. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing,heating and air conditioning needs.

These guys showed up right on time we’re very professional didn’t leave any kind of mess and did a great job and the gentleman. Robert was extremely professional himself. he took the time to go over everything with me to show me what was going on. Explain to me that I might have a slight slight issue, but nothing to worry about told me about their service plan, which is something I’m considering seeing how they were so good at what they did and to be honest I’m in the business And they did a fabulous job. I will use them again and again and recommend them to my neighbors.

I used Ebens AC for the first time, as part of a promotion. He did a very professional job, provided photos of all he did explained the condition of our system with clarity. He was friendly and respectful. We liked them so much that we signed up for a yearly contract.

Good that I called Ebens. Andy found a problem with a clogged drain line which would eventually shut the ac down by triggering a sensor. Andy also identified other potential problems with rust areas that eventually have to be dealt with. Very happy with the service. Andy is an excellent technician. It was well worth the $49 inspection call.

Trevor came out for a routine A/C tune up and was professional, knowledgeable, on time, and just the nicest tech!! We would definitely use Eben’s Air Conditioning again … without a doubt. They are local and dedicated to customer service, unlike those larger companies.
